PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouth opening aid easily manufactured at a low cost while a person who receives oral cavity care or treatment does not need to open his/her mouth large at first.SOLUTION: The mouth opening aid 1 includes: a lead-in part 2 inserted into the mouth of the person who receives oral cavity care a tooth contact part 3 making contact with the teeth and a finger insertion part 4 having an insertion hole 4a into which an operators finger is inserted.
