The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for removing debris from a bottom of a multi-culture tank. Such bottom debris removal device (1) comprises: an injection section (5) disposed at the bottom of the water tank (3) and separating the debris accumulated on the floor primarily from the bottom by injecting compressed air in the bottom direction； A bubble supply unit (7, 9) which separates the floating debris separated from the bottom by the spray unit (5) to the surface by air bubble secondaryly； A filter mat (10) for discharging to the outside after moving the surface of the surface floating in the third sliding method； And a reservoir 12 for storing the discharged debris.본 발명은 다슬기 양식 수조의 바닥 찌꺼기 제거 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 그러한 바닥 찌꺼기 제거장치(1)는, 수조(3)의 바닥에 배치되어 압축 공기를 바닥방향으로 분사함으로써 1차적으로 바닥에 쌓인 찌꺼기를 바닥으로부터 분리시키는 분사부(5)와； 분사부(5)에 의하여 바닥에서 분리되어 부유하는 찌꺼기를 2차적으로 에어버블에 의하여 수면으로 상승시키는 버블 공급부(7,9)와； 수면으로 부상한 찌꺼기를 3차적으로 슬라이딩 방식으로 이동시킨 후 외부로 배출하는 필터매트(10)와； 그리고 배출된 찌꺼기를 저장하는 저장조(12)를 포함한다.
