PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection apparatus capable of increasing the SN ratio in the whole image including a region near a focal point to improve the resolution, and obtaining a sharp ultrasonic image having the optimum spatial resolution with high resolution still at a frame rate as before.SOLUTION: It is determined whether or not the distance between a data calculation point and a transmission focal point is within a predetermined range, and when the distance to the transmission focal point is determined to be outside of the predetermined range, second element data corresponding to the data calculation point is generated from a plurality of first element data.
