A laryngeal electromyography guided injection device for treating unilateral vocal cord paralysis is disclosed, which includes a hollow electrode needle, a processing unit, a display unit, and an injection unit, wherein the puncturing section of the hollow electrode needle can be buried in the vocal cord muscle to receive the electrophysiological signals. The processing unit is electrically connected with the hollow electrode needle and processes the electrical physiological signal to produce a processed signal. The display unit is electrically connected with the processing unit and displays the processed signal. The injection unit is disposed in the hollow electrode needle so that a filler can be implanted in the vocal cord muscles via the hollow electrode pin. As such, the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of the unilateral vocal cord paralysis can be carried out at the same time, and the operation is simple, convenient, fast and safe moreover, the discomfort can be reduced as well.
