Moreover, provided is a method for producing antifungal agent for fungi of Basidiomycota, which is characterized by comprising the steps of producing a lactobacillus culturing solution by culturing lactobacillus； and concentrating cis-cyclo(L-Val-L-Pro) in the culturing solution into effective concentration for antifungal activity.본 발명은 시스-사이클로(L-발린-L-프롤린)의 신규한 용도{Novel uses of cis-cyclo(L-Val-L-Pro)}에 관한 것으로, 시스-사이클로(L-발린-L-프롤린)을 유효성분으로 포함하고 담자균류(Basidiomycota)의 진균에 대하여 특이적인 항진균 활성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 항진균용 조성물 및 농약 조성물을 제공한다. 또한, 젖산균을 배양하여 젖산균 배양액을 제조하는 단계 및 상기 배양액 내 시스-사이클로(L-발린-L-프롤린)를 항진균에 효과적인 농도로 농축하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 담자균류의 진균에 대한 항진균제 생산 방법을 제공한다.
