Apparatus for osteosynthesis of multiple fractures of ribs comprises an external fixation apparatus consisting of repositioning blocks. Reducing unit includes support plates equipped with longitudinally arranged, oval, through holes, ribs, nuts, bone rods, equipped with threaded ends. Distal end of the bone rod is made with the possibility of connection with the support plate by means of a threaded connection by means of two nuts installed on opposite sides of the support plate. Proximal end of the bony rod is conical, equipped with a cutting edge and self-tapping thread for connection with bone tissue of the ribs. Edge hook is made in the form of U-shaped bracket. Bottom edge of foot of smaller length on outer side is equipped with bevel. Threaded hole is made at the center of the side surface of the longer leg to allow threaded connection of the hook with the proximal end of the bone shaft.
