PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and a method particularly for breast enlargement comprising a composition for promoting increase of subcutaneous tissue which can recover a self-tissue and recover an aspect by a safe and natural method which is intend to accumulate and increase an adipose tissue subcutaneously in the breast by generating and increasing the adipose tissue around a mammary gland.SOLUTION: A composition for promoting increase of subcutaneous tissue characterized by comprising autologous plasma and basic fibroblast growth factor (b-FGF), particularly a composition for breast enlargement is described. The composition for breast enlargement comprising the composition for promoting increase of subcutaneous tissue contains also fat, and specifically, the fat is in the form of a fat emulsion, which is an oil-in-water type fat emulsion obtained by emulsifying fat under presence of an emulsifier. There are also provided the method for breast enlargement using the composition, and an infusion unit for the composition for breast enlargement.【課題】 乳腺周囲に脂肪組織を生成、増加させることにより、乳房の皮下に脂肪組織の蓄積、増大を図る、安全で自然な方法による自己組織の回復、容貌の回復が得られる皮下組織増加促進組成物よりなる、特に豊胸用組成物、豊胸方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 自己由来の血漿、及び塩基性線維芽細胞増殖因子（ｂ－ＦＧＦ）を含有してなることを特徴とする皮下組織増加促進組成物、特に豊胸用組成物であり、さらに脂肪を含有した上記の皮下組織増加促進組成物よりなる豊胸用組成物であり、具体的には、脂肪が、脂肪乳剤の形態にあって、当該脂肪乳剤が、油脂を乳化剤の存在下で乳化した水中油型脂肪乳剤である上記の皮下組織増加促進組成物よりなる豊胸用組成物、および該組成物を用いた豊胸方法であり、また、当該豊胸用組成物の注入ユニットである。【選択図】 図４
