The present invention relates to a device for molding a fish rice cake and, more specifically, to a device for molding a fish rice cake so that a fish cake and a rice cake are molded into a double structure by using the rice cake in the form of a core inserted into the fish cake. The device for molding a fish rice cake comprises: a body part that has a hollow cone shape becoming narrower toward the front end part thereof in order to extrude a rice cake dough and comprises a bracket formed in the rear end part thereof in order to be mounted on a rice cake kneader and a core extruding hole formed at the front end part thereof in order to extrude the rice dough in the form of a core； a heat-insulating unit that is integrally formed to surround the outer circumference of the body part so that the rice cake dough is prevented from being cooled by a fish cake dough； and a fish cake extruding unit that is formed to surround the outer circumference of the body part and heat-insulating unit and to have a cone shape becoming narrower toward the front end part thereof and that has a space part formed to be sealed at the rear thereof at a predetermined interval from the heat-insulating unit in order to discharge the fish cake dough, a feeding hole formed to protrude toward the outer circumference thereof in order to feed a fish cake therethrough, and a fish cake extruding hole formed in the front part in order to discharge the fish cake dough therethrough.본 발명은 떡어묵 성형장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 어묵속에 떡이 코어 형태로 삽입되도록 어묵과 떡을 2중구조로 성형하기 위한 떡어묵 성형장치에 관한 것이다.이와 같은 떡어묵 성형장치는 떡반죽의 압출을 위해 내부가 중공되어 전단부로 갈수록 좁아지는 콘형상으로 형성되며, 후단부에 떡반죽기에 장착을 위한 브라켓이 형성되고, 전단부에 떡반죽이 코어형태로 압출하기 위한 코어압출구가 형성된 몸체부와； 상기 몸체부의 외주연을 감싸도록 일체 형성되어 어묵반죽에 의해 떡반죽의 온도가 식는것을 방지하기 위한 단열부와； 상기 몸체부 및 단열부의 외주연을 감싸도록 형성되되 전방부로 갈수록 좁아지는 콘형상이며, 후방은 밀폐된채 단열부로부터 일정간격 이격되어 어묵반죽의 분출을 위한 공간부가 형성되고, 외주연으로 어묵이 투입되는 투입구가 돌출 형성되며 전방부에 어묵반죽의 배출을 위한 어묵압출구가 형성된 어묵압출부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
