The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention or treatment of oral diseases, containing an Epimedium koreanum extract. More specifically, the present invention relates to a quasi-drug composition having the effect of preventing or alleviating dental caries, periodontal diseases, toothache, tooth sensitivity and bad breath. The composition of the present invention is excellent in antimicrobial activities against bacteria inducing periodontal diseases and dental caries and concentration-dependently inhibits PGE2 which is a pain and inflammation marker. In addition, the present invention is excellent in inhibiting gingivitis formation, suppressing tooth sensitivity symptom and removing bad breath, and thus can be effectively utilized as a quasi-drug composition for preventing or alleviating one or more oral diseases selected from the group consisting of dental caries, periodontal diseases, toothache, tooth sensitivity and bad breath.
