PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy the ardent request for a new cutting tool which can cut and mold easily various cooked matters into various shapes and sizes and has a simple structure and excellent handleability, unlike a conventional cutting tool which requires the other tool which is restricted in a cooked matter and a use method, and further, when performing special cutting processing, requires another cutting tool, which have to be connected thereto.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a cutting/molding processing method, which allows even a household to cut and mold a soybean curd, an agar, a Yokan (an azuki-bean jelly) and the like into even and beautiful shapes by easy handling, by using a rectangular and small-sized cooking plate whose width is within a width of a frame, in which four sets of thin-wire sets for cutting are fitted to a frame main body that opposes to two sides and has reinforced parts at both corners thereof, drop preventing tools as many as the sets are fitted to the main body, the thin wire sets for cutting can be replaced, cutting/molding widths can be freely adjusted using an interval gauge as a measuring tool, a work-piece can be cut by even one thin wire, and a side face or the like of the work-piece is traced by making the thin wires after the first thin wire as guides so that the work-piece can be evenly cut and molded and a soft solid matter cutting/molding set constituted of auxiliary tools described above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 現在使用されている裁断器具は調理品と使用方法が限定されている器具や特異な裁断加工を行うには別な裁断器具を必要として接合等せねばならない各種調理品を自由な形と大きさの裁断成形加工が簡単で構造がシンプルで取扱性の良い裁断器具が熱望されている【解決手段】本発明は2辺に対向し両角に補強部の有る枠体本体に裁断用細線セットを4組装着し増減はせずに脱落防止器具を装着して裁断用細線セットは交換でき間隔ゲージを計測具とし使用し裁断成形加工する幅を自由に合わせ1本でも裁断加工ができ2本目以降の裁断用細線を目安とし加工品の側面等をなぞり均等な裁断成形加工ができる枠体の幅以内の長方形で小型の調理板を使用することで取扱が簡単で豆腐寒天羊羹等を手軽に均等で綺麗な形状に裁断成形加工が家庭でも出来る裁断成形加工法とこれら補助具からなる軟固形物裁断成形セットである【選択図】図1
