PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste product molding device that has a wire for separating a molded paste product from a mold surface and that is compact and excellent in handleability.SOLUTION: A wire 6, which separates from a mold surface a paste product extruded from a mold 1 formed in a revolving drum 2, is installed in a stretchable manner in a bow-shaped frame 7 so that the wire 6 runs in circulation closely to the outer periphery of the revolving drum 2. The bow-shaped frame 7 is supported so that it is displaceable at an operating position where the wire 6 is close to the outer periphery of the revolving drum 2 and at a retreating position where the wire 6 is away from it. There is installed a clutch 13 that, in relation to the displacement of the bow-shaped frame 7, intermittently transmits a motive force for running the wire 6.
