PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine with a simple structure that can accurately measure a change in the pressure received by a massage unit, and hardly breaks.SOLUTION: A massage machine includes a massage unit 8 and a control part 7. The massage unit 8 includes a treatment mechanism 81, a treatment mechanism support part 82 for supporting the treatment mechanism 81, and a vertically lifting and lowering means for moving the massage unit in a longitudinal direction of a body, and also includes a pressure-sensitive sensor 64 for detecting a change in the pressure by the contact of the treatment mechanism 81 and the treatment mechanism support part 82 between the treatment mechanism 81 and the treatment mechanism support part 82.
