PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin lotion containing hydrogen water having an anti-oxidant action which dissolves in vivo active oxygen when incorporated into the living body.SOLUTION: A skin lotion is produced so that hydrogen is not contacted with atmosphere directly by producing a hydrogen water undiluted solution in which the hydrogen is fixed into the water, and diluting the hydrogen water undiluted solution with mineral water to 10 to 100 times.
