The present invention relates to a syringe pole for bovine vaccination. More specifically, the syringe pole can be separated into a front syringe pole serving the normal function of a syringe, and a rear syringe pole serving a height-adjusting function, wherein the front syringe pole and the rear syringe pole can be conveniently, releasably attached to each other. The syringe pole allows a user to perform injection on a cow held in a stanchion while holding only the front syringe pole with one hand, and for a cow released in a cattle shed, the user can connect the front and back syringe poles and perform injection by adjusting the length of the syringe pole according to a work environment. Since the center of weight is located more in the back side from the middle when the front and back syringe poles are connected, the syringe pole of the present invention causes less operating fatigue than the type of syringe pole with the center of weight located in the front side. In addition, the fact that a long syringe pole can be separated into two pieces provides advantages in terms of storage and transportation.
