PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioreaction apparatus in which a bioreaction can be performed with high efficiency in a short reaction time. SOLUTION: In an underwater pump type micro/nanobubble generator 13, the amperage of an electric motor and the amount of air to be sucked are controlled by using an ammeter 30, an air flowmeter 26, a needle valve 28 and a control part 51. In a whirling flow type micro/nanobubble generation part 12, the amperage of a circulation pump 18 and the amount of air to be sucked are controlled by using an ammeter 17, an air flowmeter 21, a needle valve 24 and the control part 51. In a nanobubble generator 35, the amperage of a circulation pump 36 and the amount of air to be sucked are controlled by using an ammeter 38, an air flowmeter 41, a needle valve 42 and the control part 51. Therefore, the amperage and the amount of air to be sucked are controlled so that bubbles of the size and amount respondent to the purpose can be generated, the reaction time of the bioreaction can be shortened and the reaction efficiency can be improved in a bioreaction part 3.
