An image-display-condition setting unit 761 receives an input that specifies display conditions including a minimum display rate R_min, which corresponds to a longest display time for which one image is displayed, via an input unit 720 and sets the display conditions by the received user operation. An importance-coefficient calculating unit 751 calculates an importance coefficient that represents the degree of importance of each image. A display-time calculating unit 753 creates display-time data 745 by calculating a display time for each image. An image-display control unit 763 performs control by referring to the display-time data 745 so that the images are displayed sequentially in the temporal order for the respective display times.
