A method is described for producing and installing a gutter system for a poiytunnel comprising the steps of: erecting at a site a poiytunnel comprising a cover extending over a structural framework on the site, forming from a coil of sheet metal a continuous gutter channel and arranging the continuous gutter channel to be supported by the structural framework to catch rain water running off the cover of the poiytunnel.Linvention porte sur un procédé pour produire et installer un système de gouttière pour un tunnel plastique, lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : ériger en un site un tunnel plastique comprenant une couverture sétendant sur une ossature structurelle sur le site, former à partir dune bobine de feuille métallique un canal de gouttière continu et disposer le canal de gouttière continu de façon à être supporté par lossature structurelle afin de recueillir leau de pluie sécoulant hors de la couverture du tunnel plastique.
