The present invention provides a method for the diagnosis of cervical cancer, which is characterized in that it performs an electrophoretic mobility in gel of polyacrylamide in a serum sample of a subject suspicious of having cervical cancer, also transferring the polyacrylamide gel to a nitrocellulose membrane, bringing the nitrocellulose membrane into contact with an anti-CD3 anti-body, bringing the aforementioned treated membrane into contact with an anti-lg antibody, revealing the complex formed in the membrane treated in the previous step by means of a chromogenic substrate, and determining the presence of at least a protein of molecular weight selected from the group of 60kDa and 50kDa.La presente invención proporciona un método para el diagnóstico de cáncer cervicouterino, caracterizado porque comprende realizar un corrimiento electroforético en gel de poliacrilamida de una muestra de suero de un sujeto sospechoso de tener cáncer cervicouterino, transferir el gel de poliacrilamida a una membrana de nitrocelulosa, contactar la membrana de nitrocelulosa con un anticuerpo anti-CD3, contactar la membrana tratada en el paso anterior con un anticuerpo anti-lg, revelar el complejo formado en la membrana tratada en el paso anterior mediante un sustrato cromogénico, y determinar la presencia de la menos una proteína de peso molecular seleccionada entre el grupo de 60kDa y 50 Kda.
