PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible oil capable of adding a flavor of unrefined olive oil to food and excellently retaining the outer appearance (color) of an unrefined olive-oil-blended oil and food using the same oil and food produced by using the edible oil.SOLUTION: The edible oil contains 10-40 mass% of refined grapeseed oil, 3-30 mass% of unrefined olive oil, and 30-87 mass% of refined vegetable oil other than refined grapeseed oil. The color of the refined grapeseed oil is in the range of Blue 0.1-2.0 (the Lovibond colorimetry (25.4 mm cell)).
