The therapeutic agent contains: a first composition containing a first active substance located in a first pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, said first active substance containing an isolated conditionally replicating recombinant oncolytic adenovirus into which a coding sequence of exogenous shRNA capable of inhibiting PDL1 expression in tumor cells has been integrated； and a second composition containing a second active substance located in a second pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, the second active substance containing T cell receptor modified immune cells or chimeric antigen receptor modified immune cells.
