The present invention provides, inter alia, compounds of Formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, to processes for the preparation of, intermediates used in the preparation of, and compositions containing such compounds and the uses of such compounds as a method for the treatment of a disease or condition selected from the group consisting of central nervous system disorders, cognitive disorders, schizophrenia, dementia and other disorders in a mammal. The present invention further provides compounds of Formula (Id) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof as CYP3A4 selective inhibitors.La présente invention propose, entre autres, des composés de la Formule (I) et des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci, des procédés pour la préparation de, des intermédiaires utilisés dans la préparation de, et des compositions contenant de tels composés et les utilisations de tels composés comme procédé pour le traitement dune maladie ou dun trouble choisi dans le groupe consistant en les troubles du système nerveux central, les troubles cognitifs, la schizophrénie, la démence et autres troubles chez un mammifère. La présente invention propose en outre des composés de la Formule (Id) et des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci comme inhibiteurs sélectifs du CYP3A4.
