PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic imaging apparatus that enables slot imaging having a wide range capable of taking a long image while preventing a burden on a subject.SOLUTION: A collimator control unit controls the opening and closing movement of a shielding plate so that the X-ray radiation area in the imaging of an end image may become a wider range in the body axial direction of a subject in comparison with the X-ray radiation area in the imaging of a strip image other than the end image. The end image is a strip image constituting the end of the long image in the body axial direction of the subject, and therefore the range of imaging the end image becomes wider, and thereby the long image becomes a wider image by the body axial direction of the subject. In this case, the imaging range of the long image can be widened without changing a moving range of an image pick-up system. Namely, it is not necessary to perform a large design change of a device so as to change a movable range of the image pick-up system. Accordingly, the imaging of the long image having a high diagnosis ability in which a wider range is made an interested area about the subject can be achieved at low cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
