The raw water stored in the raw water tank (10) enters the raw water tank (10) via a raw water suction pump and a filter from an underground tube well and then passes through a water supply pump (54) and enters the mixing tank (30). A negative pressure occurs inside each venturi (94) connected between a branched watering pipe branched from the watering pipe and the mixing tank (30) by a watering effect of a watering pump (60). By the negative pressure, the nutrient solution stored in the nutrient solution tanks (20) is smoothly sucked into the mixing tank (30).
