PURPOSE: A method for screening harmful materials using Drosophila is provided to simply screen toxicity of chemicals which cause pollution of indoor.CONSTITUTION: A harmful material of indoor atmosphere is screened using mutant Drosophila. The mutant Drosophila is prepared by HSP(heat shock protein), xenobiotic metabolism, oxidative stress, stress-associated signaling, or immune response-associated gene deletion.
