PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument which is inserted into a forceps port of an endoscope and is used to stick a covering material to an affected part inside a body, and can be held while expanding a covering material H of large dimensions.SOLUTION: A treatment instrument 1 includes a cylindrical body 2, a holding member 3 projecting from a tip surface 9 of the cylindrical body 2 to have the covering material H wound around, a wire 4 to be inserted into the cylindrical body 2, a shaft member 5 projecting from a tip surface 13 of the wire 4, a roller 6 inserted into the shaft member 5 to be rotatable around the shaft of the shaft member 5, and position change means 7 which can shift the position of the wire 4 in one direction or the other direction of the radial direction of the cylindrical body 2 due to a forward/backward operation of the wire 4. In the case of making the wire 4 move forward to the tip side of the cylindrical body 2, the covering material H is sandwiched by the roller 6 and the holding member 3, and in the case of making the wire 4 move backward to a base end side of the cylindrical body 2, the sandwiching of the covering material H by the roller 6 and the holding member 3 is released.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】、内視鏡の鉗子ポートに挿入されて体内の患部に被覆材を貼り付けるために使用される処置具であって、大きな寸法の被覆材Hを拡げた状態で保持できる処置具を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の処置具1は、筒体2と、筒体2の先端面9から突出して、被覆材Hが巻き付けられる保持部材3と、筒体2の内部に挿入されるワイヤー4と、ワイヤー4の先端面13から突出する軸部材5と、軸部材5に挿通されて、軸部材5の軸回りに回転可能であるローラ6と、ワイヤー4の進退操作に伴い、ワイヤー4の位置を筒体2の径方向の一方側或いは他方側にずらすことの可能な位置変更手段7とを備える。ワイヤー4を筒体2の先端側へ前進させた場合には、ローラ6と保持部材3とにより被覆材Hが挟み込まれた状態となり、ワイヤー4を筒体2の基端側へ後退させた場合には、ローラ6と保持部材3とによる被覆材Hの挟み込みが解除された状態になる。【選択図】図1
