Provided to the first region is a hook element (74), on a side facing the second region, but the hook element (74) substantially does not hook onto the second region. A first temporary fastener (76) for temporarily fastening a part of the first and second regions, and a second temporary fastener (77) for temporarily fastening a part of the first through third regions are provided to the outside, in the longitudinal direction (Y), of a fastening section to which the hook element is provided.
