PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal massage instrument which performs heating and acupressure of hands and feet of a user while the user inserts the hands and feet into a hand-and-foot housing part provided in the thermal massage instrument and brings them into contact with stimulators formed of a plurality of solid granules, and achieves compactification and weight saving.SOLUTION: A thermal massage instrument (1) comprises a container body (2), a warm wind unit (3), and a thermal unit (4). The container body (2) comprises a warm wind unit storage chamber (21) and a thermal unit storage chamber (22). The warm wind unit (3) comprises an air blower (31) and a heat generator (32). The thermal unit (4) comprises a stimulator storage part (41) having a stimulator lifting plate (5) and a hand-and-foot housing part (42) having a hand-and-foot lifting plate (6).
