PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measurement apparatus enabling measurement in an optimal condition without additional calibration even when probes are replaced or exchanged.SOLUTION: The optical measurement apparatus emits light to an object 10 from a light source probe 1, and detects transmitted light with a light-receiving probe 2 to measure the intensity variation so as to measure internal information on the object. The apparatus has a probe holder 3, and is structured as follows: the light source probe and the light-receiving probe are attached to the probe holder so as to be individually detached therefrom each of the light source probe and the light-receiving probe has a nonvolatile memory which stores data for calibration on light source elements each arranged in the light source probe and light-receiving elements arranged in the light-receiving probe, and numbers uniquely allocated to the probes.
