Through sensors that are included in the systems, various gas and/or respiratory parameters maybe measured and/or determined in real-time, such as, for example, peak cough flow and/or inspiratory tidal volume.La présente invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés qui sont configurés pour insuffler/exsuffler un sujet et fournir un retour toux-par-toux durant un traitement et/ou une thérapie chez ledit sujet. Grâce à des capteurs qui sont inclus dans les systèmes, il est possible de mesurer et/ou de déterminer différents gaz et/ou paramètres respiratoires en temps réel, comme, par exemple, le débit de pointe à la toux et/ou le volume respiratoire inspiratoire.
