PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle assembly for preventing blood leakage from the needle assembly.SOLUTION: A needle assembly includes: a housing 412 which demarcates a housing interior, has a puncture tip 438 on a patient side extending from a first end part 414 of the housing 412 and a puncture end 462 of a non-patient side extending from a second end part 416 and in which the needle tip 462 on the non-patient side and the needle tip 416 on the patient side communicate fluid inside the housing 412 to each other a porous ventilation body 910 which is positioned inside the housing 412, divides the housing 412 interior into a first chamber and a second chamber, and includes holes for a blood passage from the first chamber to the second chamber and a sleeve 461 extending around the needle tip 462 on the non-patient side.
