PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizer capable of preventing or suppressing splashes etc. from entering inside.SOLUTION: A localized area washing device 3 which functions as a deodorizer, includes: a case 7 which is disposed in a rear portion of a toilet bowl 4 of a toilet bowl main body 2, which has an opening 9 facing the toilet bowl 4； an air flow duct 24 having an air outlet 28 for blowing out the air in which the air outlet 28 is oriented to the outside of the case 7 from the opening 9； and a shutter 10 which opens and closes the opening 9 to form a blow-out port 38 between the case 7 and the same in a state the opening 9 is closed.
