A computerized system which allows a user to fully control a personal computer or similar electronic device, that includes: (a) a capturer device which captures input from the user, translates the input to actions, and sends the actions to a core engine (b) a core engine which receives and interprets the actions, the core engine is adapted to change an advanced user interface and the state of the computer or electrical device and (c) an advanced user interface User Interface which holds the features that defines the screen and interface presented to the user, changing the User Interface changes the screen presented to the user. The User Interface is a virtual interface for allowing the handicap or absolutely paralyzed user to fully control a computer or similar electronic device using a small number of actions.
