The present invention is a mask body (100) that is worn on a user's face and is provided with a cosmetic liquid supply port and a breathing port extending therethrough, and is attached to the mask main body so as to be connected to the cosmetic liquid supply port. A mist sprayer (200) for injecting cosmetic liquid into the space between the mask body and the face through the liquid supply port, and so as to wrap the user's nose while attached to the mask body so as to be connected to the breathing port. A cosmetic mask is provided that includes a respiratory coupling (300) that is disposed and allows a user to breathe. In such a cosmetic mask, if the mask body is worn on the user's face in a state where breathing can be performed by the breathing connecting portion, the cosmetic liquid sprayed through the mist sprayer is supplied to the user through the cosmetic liquid supply port of the mask body. Immediate contact with the skin of the face increases the absorption efficiency of the cosmetic liquid into the skin of the user's face.
