PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation system capable of shortening the time required for training and efficiently teaching how to cope with various situations in teaching of how to grow plants, and to provide a plant cultivation unit.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation system 100 comprises a plurality of plant cultivation units 20 and a management device 30 that manages the plant cultivation units 20. Each of the plant cultivation units 20 comprises: a greenhouse 1 as a space for plant cultivation； an environment control unit 12 that controls the environment inside the greenhouse 1； a storage unit 9 that stores setting values as control targets for the environment control unit 12 for each day elapsed since a start date of cultivation； and an environment setting instruction unit 10 that sets the environment control unit 12 to setting values stored in the storage unit 9 according to the number of days that have passed since the start date of cultivation. The management device 30 sends setting values for each day elapsed since the start date of cultivation to each plant cultivation unit 20, has the storage units 9 of the plant cultivation units 20 to store the setting values, and gives an instruction for beginning plant cultivation.【課題】植物の栽培方法の指導において、指導期間の短縮化と、種々の場面への対応方法の効率的な教授とを実現し得る、植物栽培システム、及び植物栽培ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】植物栽培システム１００は、複数の植物栽培ユニット２０と、各植物栽培ユニット２０を管理する管理装置３０とを備えている。各植物栽培ユニット２０は、植物の栽培のための空間となる温室１と、温室１内の環境を制御する環境制御部１２と、環境制御部１２による制御目標となる設定値を、栽培の開始日からの経過日数毎に格納する記憶部９と、環境制御部１２に対して、栽培の開始日からの経過日数に応じて、記憶部９に格納されている設定値を設定する環境設定指示部１０とを備えている。管理装置３０は、各植物栽培ユニット２０に対して、栽培の開始日からの経過日数毎の設定値を送り、これを植物栽培ユニット２０の記憶部９に格納させ、植物の栽培の開始を指示する。【選択図】図４
