The present invention relates to a contrast medium composition (formulation) including a highly concentrated contrast medium to be used for an imaging method. The contrast medium composition according to the present invention can obtain images having excellent definition and discriminating power as an improved contrast enhancement effect is exhibited by using more concentrated iodine, which functions for contrast, than ever, particularly for liver CT compared with the case of using a traditional contrast medium for both an arterial phase and a portal phase.본 발명은 영상법에 사용하기 위한, 고농도의 조영제를 포함하는 조영제 조성물(formulation)에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 조영제 조성물은 조영 작용을 하는 요오드의 양을 종래 사용되던 농도보다 고농도로 사용하여, 특히 간 CT 에 사용할 경우 동맥기 및 문맥기에서 모두 종래 농도의 조영제를 사용할 경우보다 향상된 조영 증강 효과를 나타내기 때문에, 선명도와 식별력이 뛰어난 영상을 얻을 수 있다.
