The present invention relates to a composition for antioxidation or wrinkle improvement comprising a fermented Cudrania tricuspidata extract. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, a food composition, or a pharmaceutical composition comprising a fermented Cudrania tricuspidata extract having enhanced antioxidative or wrinkle-improving effect through a fermentation process using lactic acid bacteria. The fermented Cudrania tricuspidata extract of the present invention is obtained by fermenting a Cudrania tricuspidata extract, which is a natural product, with lactic acid bacteria and has no side effects in human body, and has superior antioxidative and wrinkle-improving effects than a non-fermented Cudrania tricuspidata extract, thereby being usefully used in cosmetic, food, and pharmaceutical fields.본 발명은 발효 꾸지뽕 추출물을 포함하는 항산화 또는 주름 개선용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 유산균을 이용한 발효 과정을 통해 항산화 또는 주름 개선 효과가 증진된 발효 꾸지뽕 추출물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물, 식품 조성물 또는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 발효 꾸지뽕 추출물은 천연물인 꾸지뽕 추출물을 유산균을 이용하여 발효한 것으로써 인체 내 부작용이 없으며, 비발효 꾸지뽕 추출물에 비해 뛰어난 항산화 및 주름 개선 효과를 가지므로, 화장품 분야, 식품 분야 및 약학 분야 등에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
