The present invention relates to a catheter controlling device and a magnetic-control endoscope controlling system for controlling a magnetic-control endoscope. When the front end of the magnetic-control endoscope is guided by a magnetic field, the rear end of the same can be fed or rotated. The device and the system include a supporting platform having a rail unit a clamping module sliding on the rail unit by controlling of a power unit and linearly feeding the magnetic-control endoscope, which is clamped by the clamping module and a body fixing module fixing the magnetic-control endoscope and sliding on the rail unit together with the clamping module at least one first guiding module guiding the magnetic-control endoscope.
