[Problem] To provide an affixation device configured so that an affixed state can be more firmly maintained and so that an affixation section is compact. [Solution] An affixation device is provided with a pair of tube-shaped arm sections (15a, b) each having a short cylinder-shaped base section (12a, b) at one end thereof and a universal joint section (14a, b) at the other end thereof. The affixation device is configured so that the operation of affixing an operation section (17) causes a pair of pressing blocks (22a, b) to come into contact with the sloped sections (19a, b) of a pair of rods (21a, b) to separate the rods from each other, thereby affixing the universal joint sections (14a, b), and so that the operation of releasing the operation section releases the affixation of the universal joint sections. Engagement sections (25a, b) which can engage with each other to restrict the relative pivoting of the tube-shaped arm sections (15a, b) are formed on the contact surfaces (24a, b) of the short cylinder-shaped base sections (15a, b).
