PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine absorbent article which is easily and hygienically fitted to the penis while keeping a wearer or a care worker from directly touching the penis.
SOLUTION: When a urine collecting pad 1 is not fitted to the wearer, a top sheet 31 is located on the outside, a back sheet 32 is located on the inside, and a bottom of a bag body 10 is folded inward. The urine collecting pad 1 is fitted to the penis by inserting a hand of the wearer or the care worker into the inside of the bag body 10, holding the distal end of the penis with the a folded part 10b of the bag body 10, and turning over the bag body 10. With such a configuration, the urine collecting pad 1 is easily and hygienically fitted to the penis while keeping the wearer or the care worker from directly touching the penis.
