The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, alleviating or treating ovarian dysfunction by including allii fistulosi bulbus extract as an active ingredient. The allii fistulosi bulbus extract of the present invention can be beneficially used for preventing, alleviating or treating polycystic ovary syndrome caused by ovarian dysfunction by having a regulating activity of the production of androgen DHEA and providing a decrease in the amount of luteinizing hormone (LH) in blood, a decrease in the ratio of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone (LH/FSH), an increase in the amount of estrogen in blood, and a decrease in the number of follicular cysts in an ovary.
