PURPOSE: A ubiquitous intelligent livestock barn ventilation system and a method thereof are provided to efficiently operate a ventilation fan by considering the section/location environmental characteristics of a livestock barn by utilizing a mobile sensor, thereby improving the production efficiency and the productivity for livestock farm. CONSTITUTION: A livestock barn ventilation system is composed of a livestock barn ventilation fan (100), and a livestock barn manage sever (400) that manages or provides the livestock barn ventilation system for a user. The livestock barn ventilation fan comprises at least one of a sensor (110), a sensor location adjusting unit (120), a ventilation fan (130), a ventilation fan control unit (140), a ventilation fan location adjusting unit (150), a water sprayer (160), a movement device (170), a communication unit, a power unit, and a control unit. The livestock barn ventilation fan includes: the sensor that collects livestock barn environment information, such as temperature, humidity, illumination, carbon dioxide concentration, ammonium concentration, hydrogen sulfide, and the like, in the livestock barn the sensor location adjusting unit that vertically moves the installed sensor the ventilation fan that removes dust and gas, such as ammonium, carbon dioxide, and the like, in the livestock barn the ventilation fan controlling unit that controls the speed of rotation of ventilation fan and the ventilation location adjusting unit that vertically moves the ventilation fan the water sprayer that removes gas, such as carbon dioxide, ammonium, hydrogen sulfide, and the like, and controls the humidity of livestock barn and the movement device that enables the livestock barn ventilation fan to move from the inside of the livestock barn.
