The present invention relates to a sterilizing device for seawater capable of sterilizing seawater induced or discharged from a ship. The present invention may include: a seawater transfer pipe which forms a movement path of the seawater and which the seawater flows in and out a gas transfer pipe which surrounds the seawater transfer pipe and supplies gas to the outside of the seawater transfer pipe an anion generating means which is installed in a side of the gas transfer pipe and generates anions and a sterilizing hole which guides the produced anions to move into the seawater transfer pipe with the gas moving through the gas transfer pipe.
