The present invention relates to an organic/inorganic nanocomposite for diagnosing and treating cancer which, in detail, is composed of cluster-shape magnetic nanoparticles inside conducting polymer particles. Especially, the particle size of the organic/inorganic nanocomposite of the present invention ranges between 100-200 nm. Therefore, non-specific cellular uptake is dramatically reduced when compared to the existing nanocomposite particle (less than 50 nm) which allows an accurate transmission to a target cell； and a light and heat treatment of a local cancer is also enabled through conducting polymer particles that absorb the light around near-infrared ray by doping within the cell. Furthermore, the magnetic nanocomposite forms a cluster thereby intensifying a spin arrangement, which allows a diagnosis of cancer through acquiring a MRI sensitivity higher than the sensitivity of a nanocomposite particle.본 발명은 암 진단 및 치료용 유-무기 나노복합체에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 전도성 고분자 입자 내부에 자성 나노입자가 클러스터 형태로 형성된 암 진단 및 치료용 유-무기 나노복합체에 관한 것이다.특히, 본 발명의 유-무기 나노복합체는 입자 크기가 100 내지 200 nm로, 매우 작은(<；50 nm) 기존 나노복합체 입자 보다 비특이성 세포 흡수(non-specific cellular uptake)가 크게 줄어, 표적 세포에 정확히 전달시킬 수 있고, 세포 내 도핑에 의해 근적외선 부근에서 흡광을 갖는 전도성 고분자 입자로 국소적인 암 광열 치료가 가능하며, 또한 자성 나노입자가 클러스터를 이루기 때문에 스핀 정렬을 이루는 세기가 더 강해져서 기존 나노복합체 입자 보다 높은 MRI 민감도를 가질 수 있어 암 진단도 가능하다.
