A valve tube (13) is arranged in the first channel (11) between the first channel length segment (31) and the second channel length segment (32), a sealing element (14) is movably arranged in the first channel (11), and a spring element (15) is arranged in the first channel (11) next to the sealing element (14) on the side of the sealing element opposite the valve tube (13), wherein the longitudinal end of the spring element (15) closer to the sealing element (14) presses the sealing element (14) in the direction of the valve tube (13) by means of spring force.
