PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry desk combinedly used for stretcher that is used as a comfortable entry desk in normal circumstances and includes a flexible function to be used as a stretcher promptly in the emergency.SOLUTION: In the entry desk that has a pair of right and left sleeve parts 2 and 3 and top plate parts 7 and 8 provided between the sleeve parts 2 and 3, the entry desk combinedly used for the stretcher includes a structure to reverse the top plate parts 7 and 8 to be used for the stretcher at emergencies such as the earthquake, the fire, and the life rescue, etc. With the above structure, able-bodied persons and wheelchair users can use this in normal circumstances as a normal entry desk, and this can be used as the stretcher to transport the wounded etc. at the emergency uses such as the earthquake, the fire, and the life rescue, etc.【課題】平常時には快適な記載机として使用でき、緊急時には速やかにストレッチャ使用できるように臨機応変な機能を備えたストレッチャ兼用記載机を提供すること。【解決手段】 本発明の上記課題を解決するための第１の手段は、左右一対の袖部２，３と、該袖部２，３間に設けた天板部７，８とを有する記載机において、地震・火災・人命救助等の緊急時にストレッチャとし使用できるように前記天板部７，８を反転させる構造を備えたことを特徴とするストレッチャ兼用記載机である。上記の構成により、平常時は健常者及び車椅子利用者が通常の記載机として使用できるとともに、地震・火災・人命救助等の緊急使用時には怪我人等を搬送するためのストレッチャとして使用できる。【選択図】図１
