Disclosed is a disposable blood collection device for a blood bag or a blood tube, comprising a blood-collection needle casing (1), a threaded casing (2), a blood tube clamp (3), a connection tube (4), a needle insertion member (5) and a blood tube (6). The blood-collection needle casing (1) is a casing having a threaded structure on both ends thereof, and the threaded casing (2) is a casing having a tubular structure. The blood-collection needle casing (1) is connected at a bottom port of the threaded casing (2). Symmetrically distributed fixture slots (22) are disposed at an upper port of the threaded casing (2), and extend to a middle-lower portion of a wall of the casing. Symmetrical clamp handles (33) are disposed on an outer wall surface of the blood tube clamp (3). The blood tube clamp (3) is disposed inside the threaded casing (2), such that the clamp handles (33) are located at an outer side of the fixture slots (22) of the threaded casing (2). The connection tube (4) can be directly inserted into the upper port of the threaded casing (2), and an internal chamber (44) for placing the needle insertion member (5) is provided inside the connection tube (4).
