PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide peptides and functional derivatives thereof for improving efficiency of viral transduction into target cells and use methods thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is in vitro or ex vivo use of a LAH peptide of a specific sequence or a functional variant having the ability to improve the transduction efficiency of a virus or viral vector for promoting the infection of an eukaryotic cell by a virus or a virus vector.
