PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma sterilizer continuing the production of plasma regardless of the presence of the arrangement of a sterilization target and having high-degree sterilization capacity deactivating the toxicity of the sterilization target.SOLUTION: The plasma sterilizer includes a housing container 1 for housing the sterilization target 100, an electrode 2 installed inside or outside the housing container 1, a gas supply means 4 for supplying gas into the housing container 1 and a high frequency supply means 3 for supplying a high frequency current to the electrode 2 and is constituted so as to form plasma from the gas in the housing container 1 by the supply of the high frequency current to the electrode 2 to apply sterilization treatment to the sterilization target 100.
