The preparing method of a nutritional foodstuff comprises: an ingredient washing step of washing Aronia melanocarpa, Astragalus propinquus, red ginseng, seeds of Cassia obtusifolia L., Schisandra chinensis, Lycium chinense, Cornus officinalis, Amaranthus spinosus, Crataegus pinnatifida, dried orange peel, and jujube to remove foreign matters attached to a surface of each ingredient; a drying step of drying the washed Aronia melanocarpa, Astragalus propinquus, red ginseng, seeds of Cassia obtusifolia L., Schisandra chinensis, Lycium chinense, Cornus officinalis, Amaranthus spinosus, Crataegus pinnatifida, dried orange peel, and jujube, respectively; a grinding step of grinding the dried ingredients, respectively, to make the same into a particulate powder form; a mixing step of mixing the powder, each of which is ground in the grinding step; a stirring step of adding 35 wt% of honey to the powder mixed in the mixing step and stirring the same; a sealing step of putting the mixture of honey and powder stirred in the stirring step into a pot and sealing an opening of the pot; a water bathing step of transferring the pot sealed in the sealing step to a heating furnace and bathing the pot for two to six hours; a cooling step of cooling the pot heated in the water bathing step; an aging step of transferring the pot cooled in the cooling step to an aging chamber and aging the mixture of honey and powders at low temperature; a cutting step of cutting the mixture of honey and powder, which has passed through the aging step, into a predetermined size; and a vacuum packing step of vacuum packing foodstuffs cut into the predetermined size in the cutting step, individually.
