A T cell receptor (TCR) is provided that has a higher affinity for the Survivin antigen. High-affinity TCRs were generated in a short-chain fashion by generating mutagenic libraries of TCRs and then screening for improved stability and affinity on the yeast surface (i.e., induced evolution).
